How to tell if your jewellery is in need of restoration:

• Worn or missing gems?
• Gems loose, may mean the tips holding them in place are worn
• Jewellery not fitting correctly

What we do when you bring your jewellery in for restoration:

Our trained sales associates examine every piece under 10x power magnification. This helps us determine the condition of the jewellery as well as give us enough information to make an informed recommendation as to the best way to repair your jewellery.

What we look for:

Damage can be due to 3 factors; wear, accident or defect. Our associates are trained to be able to determine the cause of the damage. By knowing this we can assess if repairs are necessary and who is responsible.

On more complex restoration or repair issues, we like to have our goldsmiths examine the piece and give an estimate on the cost. All of our estimates are done free of charge.
